McGinty's, the "authentic Irish bar" at Holiday Inn Lusaka, has a lot of Irish tidbits, including a photograph of "A busy highway in Ireland" which shows a single man sitting at the edge of an empty road with his sheep. There was a framed Irish blessing which went like this - "May the road rise to meet you, May the wind be always at your back, May the Sun shine warm upon your face, The rain fall soft upon your fields, Until we meet again, May God hold you in the hollow of his hand."
